IMPORTANT: PHONE POLICY. Be aware that I do not answer withheld numbers (due to sales reps, etc). Also on occasion, I may not answer the phone if I’m too busy―please note that I’m a sole designer/business and do not have a secretary to aid me. If I don’t answer, please leave your name and number when you reach the answering machine and I will phone you back. Thank you for your understanding on this policy.
I normally answer the phone from 11:45am – 8:45pm GMT (if you live on USA East-side for example, you can still reach me here in the UK on the phone until 3:45pm).
I am also available to visit you in and around the Wakefield and Leeds area ― and even across the UK if required. If I work on a project for you, I will provide my address at this stage, as I’d rather not have this information available online for security reasons.
If I’m not available or to answer the phone ― or busy with a client, etc, please leave a message and contact number (and location if not in UK). I will then contact you a.s.a.p — or at a time appropriate to your time-zone/global location.
