Do you Need a great CD Design? Maybe you just require some artwork designs for iTunes—or require a 8-page Gatefold CD Design with custom packaging. In any case, I can design stunning professional CD artwork to meet your needs.

Please remember that whilst this form is extensive, you do not need to give answers to all the questions, but the more information you provide, the more accurate my quotation will be. If I don’t have enough information, I may provide an estimate instead.
Also, be mindful when entering a project budget. Simple designs will take less time and a lower project budget may be adequate. However, a complicated 8-page CD booklet with custom illustration will take me much longer to produce and will require a larger budget.

Whilst any band or artist has the right to include anything they want in their statements, music, web-sites and works — I also have the right not to accept design projects for bands, artists, etc in some circumstances.
These circumstances include the following:
1: Music that contains excessive swearing, but more importantly, music that contains any blasphemies to God. These include “Oh my G..”, “OM ..and then.. G”, “Ho*y …” and the name of Jesus in improper use.
2: Music that promotes/glorifies Illegal drug use or propaganda.
3: Music that is racist, immoral, unethical and/or anti-religious.
4: Artist/band website that includes pornographic material and/or points 1, 2 & 3.
5: Proposed Album Art / CD Design that includes the written form / images containing aspects of points 1, 2 & 3
6: Artwork this is “dark in nature” (such as demonic imagery, etc).
