As many of you will now be aware, Steve Jobs, founder of Apple Computers has sadly passed away age 56.

Apple Banners
I first saw these great Apple banners a couple of weeks ago, and they grabbed my attention instantly. They were used by Apple to launch their online stores in the United Arab Emirates, Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland.
What grabbed me when I saw these was the pure simplicity of them. Oftentimes, the simplest solutions and designs are the most effective. Who would’ve thought that a simple strap-line and confetti would look so good?

Have you watched the new iMac Video?
Okay, I use Macs, but I don’t normally write articles about them. However, in this case I’ll make an exception—as the new 27″ iMac was launched a few days ago.
My first Mac was a G4 Quicksilver with a 23″ LCD display and then a G4 Cube. Afterwards, I invested heavily in a dual-core, liquid-cooled G5 until finally settling on my current 24″ iMac.
